Imagination—
As authors we all have stories rattling around in our minds begging to be let out on the page.
Sometimes they get stuck there when we have another work in progress to finish or life gets in the way. The best way to keep that from happening is to start plotting the out, even if just a simple bullet point outline.

My story is one that takes place during WW2 and follows the life of a young man from his childhood struggles of enduring abuse to his adventures on a submarine and his struggles to overcome and break the cycle of abuse as he raises his own family after the war. Inspired by real events.
